What to include
- The output of
pagr status(it contains no secrets or paths) - Bridge version and macOS version
- Which agent (Claude Code or Codex) and roughly when it happened
- What you texted and what you expected to happen
Please don’t paste API keys, .env contents, or full transcripts. We don’t need them and don’t want them.
